News Trading
News trading is permitted during the Evaluation phase.
For Funded accounts, trading around red-folder events listed on ForexFactory is restricted. Existing positions must be closed at least 2 minutes before the scheduled release, and new positions cannot be opened until 2 minutes after the event. This restriction also applies to pending orders and positions held through the announcement.
A first breach may lead to the affected profits being removed. Repeated violations can result in the account being terminated.
Expert Advisors & Automated Trading
Fully automated strategies, including AI systems, trading bots and EAs, are not permitted.
Semi-automated tools may be used provided the trader remains actively involved, monitors the positions and manually manages the trades. Automated scalping systems generating more than 200 trades per day are also prohibited.
Copy Trading
Copying trades between accounts owned by the same trader is permitted, including personally owned accounts held with external providers.
However, copying another trader's activity—or allowing another trader to copy yours—is prohibited. The same restriction applies to shared EA setups, third-party trade-copying services and services designed to pass challenges on a trader's behalf.
Violations can result in an account breach, removal of generated profits and, in serious or repeated cases, a permanent ban.
Trading Schedule
The regular trading session runs from 10:00 PM UTC until 8:10 PM UTC the following day, from Sunday through Friday.
Any positions still open at the scheduled market close are automatically liquidated. An automatic close at the end of the session does not constitute a rule violation.
Holiday schedules may differ, and trading hours can also change seasonally because of daylight-saving adjustments.
Inactivity
Both Evaluation and Funded accounts are subject to a 7-day activity requirement.
At least one trade must be placed every 7 days. If no trade is made within this period, the account may be considered inactive and breached, with no further action available on that account.
Largest Loss vs. Largest Win
During each Funded withdrawal cycle, the loss from your largest individual trade cannot be greater than the profit generated by your largest winning trade.
The calculation is based on net results, including commissions.
For this rule, a trade means a complete entry-and-exit sequence. Opening and closing multiple contracts in a single execution is treated as one trade, while positions entered separately or closed partially are counted individually.
2% CME Price Limit Restriction
Opening trades within 2% of a CME price limit is prohibited. This restriction is designed to reduce exposure to situations involving trading halts, extreme volatility and potentially significant slippage.
Drawdown Lock
The trailing drawdown stops moving once it reaches starting account balance + $100.
After reaching this level, the drawdown threshold remains fixed for the rest of the account's lifetime.
