This Privacy Policy describes what data PropX Finder collects from visitors to propxfinder.com, why we process it, and what rights you have.

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide to us: your email address, when you sign up for our waitlist on the homepage or on our educational article pages. We do not currently collect any other personal data - we do not maintain user accounts, we do not collect payment information, and we do not use cookies or other tracking technologies.
We collect data only directly from you - through your voluntary submission of the waitlist signup form. We do not purchase or acquire data from third parties.
We use your email address solely to: notify you about the launch and availability of PropX Finder, and send you important updates related to the service launch. We do not use your email address for any other purpose without your separate, explicit consent.
We process your email address on the basis of your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by voluntarily providing your email in the signup form and accepting this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in the Contact section. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third parties for marketing purposes. If we begin using external email service providers or other data processors in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.
Our website and forms run on the Webflow, Inc. platform. Form submissions (your email address) are stored on Webflow servers located in the United States (AWS infrastructure, with Fastly as CDN provider). Webflow acts as a data processor under GDPR, while PropX Finder remains the data controller -0 we are responsible for informing you where your data goes. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area are made under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) as part of Webflow's Data Processing Agreement, a standard mechanism for ensuring GDPR compliance for such transfers.
We store your email address for up to 24 months from the date of signup, or until you withdraw your consent - whichever comes first. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted, unless we have established further contact with you that requires longer retention.
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. propxfinder.com does not currently use cookies, Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking technologies. This section will be updated before any analytics or advertising tool is implemented - a GDPR/ePrivacy-compliant cookie consent banner will also be required at that point for EU/UK users.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
PropX Finder is not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated effective date.
